Q: How can I purchase tickets to an event?
A: You can purchase tickets to all concerts at iTickets.com or secondsonspromotions.com/shows and you can also purchase tickets from local artists on specific shows that allow local openers.
Q: Can I purchase tickets at the door on the day of the event?
A: Each venue has its own policies regarding same-day and at-the-door tickets sales. As long as the show is not sold out, there is a reasonable expectation that tickets may be purchased at the door on the day of the event. Most venues accept most forms of payment. We recommend confiming with the specific venue website if you have additional questions.
Q: What if the event is "sold out"?
A: When we list an event as sold-out, then there are no tickets available. Additional tickets may be released before the event on rare occasions. Join a waitlist by emailing contact@secondsonspromotions.com with the date of the event and show. Additional fees may apply.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Refunds will be issued via point of purchase if the event is cancelled. There is a window of time during which a refund can be obtained if the concert is postponed. We do not provide refunds outside of those circumstances.
Q: Are your events really "Family Friendly"?
A: Yes! Our events are designed for families and all age groups, however some venues have restrictions due to colocation requirements (e.g., 18+ or 21+ age). Additionally, while we vet our artists' work for profanity, violence, and other inappropriate themes, the style of music may be more appropriate for more mature audiences. Contact us if you have questions.
Q: What are the show times?
A: Check each individual event listing for specific door and show times. The doors open 60 minutes prior to the start of the show typically.
Q: Can I take pictures at the show?
A: Each venue and artist has its own policy regarding photography. Cell phone photos are encouraged (within reason) in most cases. Professional cameras (e.g., DSLR), especially those with flash photography, are only allowed with expressed consent of Second Sons Promotions. Please contact us beforehand to get approval or be prepared to leave your professional camera at home or in your vehicle.
Q: What is your press policy?
A: If you have a blog, a webpage, have a class assignment, or are a member of the press, we are happy to receive your press request and validate your eligibility. Most artists retain approval authority for press and media access.
Q: What are your general rules? Please...
A1: Arrive at the concert with your tickets, ID’s, and any other things that you will need during the show.
A2: Leave backpacks and large bags in the car or at home.
A3: Do not bring outside food or beverages of any kind into the venue, unless otherwise stated. If the venue does not serve food, make plans to eat prior to or after the concert.

A: Please send an email at contact@secondsonspromotions.com. We'd love to connect with local, regional, and national acts.
