Andy Czaplicki has served as Second Sons' proprietor since its inception in 2025. A 20-year Army veteran, Czaplicki guides the company's financial strategy, monitors performance, and ensures alignment with operational objectives. He holds a BA in International Studies from the Virginia Military Institute and an MBA, with a cognate in Project Management, from Liberty University.
